  I asked for a quiet room and was put on the 17th floor which was perfect. Altho the room was slightly worn, it was clean and adequate.

  Car was broken into -- bad Security. Dead bolt on room door not working -- bad Security. Balcony door lock not working -- bad Security. Carpet dirty. Hallway carpet in bad shape. Very long line to checkin -- very Long wait. Lots of wet cement spashed on car at entrance. Long wait for elevator -- at all hours of day and night. Hotel has not responded to car breakin -- after several phone calls. This is the worst Las Vegas hotel in over 50 years Management of this place should be immediately replaced.

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Imperial Palace.

  The only things I suggest you change are the following: Clean the walls, and carpets in the hallways, and have someone clean the mirrors in the elevators regularly.

  Can't beat the location. Right in the heart of the vegas strip

  It was a very long walk from the parking garage to the rooms, lots of stairs and escalators that were not working. The elevators took forever so most of the time we used the stairs.

  Location and Hash a Go Go.

  The hotel is decor, fixtures and fittings are old and dated. The red carpet that greats you on the floor of the casino is nearly black in colour. Even though you can smoke in this and all other casinos the others did not have the strong odour of stale smoke, prob due to the carpet being the original. On the day when we checked in we had to wait 1hr 20 mins! No really acceptable at 9.30 at night when you have been on the go all day anyway! The room they put us in was looking over the Bvld, great for photos not good as it was also located right above carnial court, basically an outdoor nightclub that played music til 3.30am!! Not good if you have to be up at 5am for tours! We asked and were moved to another room overlooking the pool, much nicer location. However, the room we had booked was a "deluxe", well there was nothing deluxe about it. The furniture again was prob the same furniture as when the hotel was built and again the carpets were dirty. The hotel needs a complete overhaul, each tower should be closed one by one and the rooms re-decorated and re-furnished. The casino needs new flooring and more staff for check in.

  It was in the center of everything fantastic location!!

  The pool hours they closed at 5pm and my daughter was really looking forward to going into the pool when we got there and it was closed. We were all very very disapointed.

  Price and location on the Strip.

  Dreadful place. Do yourself a favour and spend more on a quality hotel. Started at the check-in queue which is always about 20-30 people long. Whole hotel smells of cigaretts smoke even on the no-smoking floors. The whole place is very tatty and dated. Had to keep my socks on while in the room because the carpet felt dirty although the sheets and towels were clean (but had holes in them!). Sink in the bathroom permanently blocked - only one light working in the room. We had a balcony (ha!) which overlooked a small roof which was littered with beer bottles, cigarette butts and dirty underwear. Heard someone trying to get in our room one night - tried to phone reception to report it but no reply. Would NEVER go back here!
